Sourcing your genealogy research is an essential part of your family history record keeping. This talk discusses what a source is as well as what information is needed to source your documents and family information. Is the item you found a ‘primary’ or a ’secondary’ source for that particular data? What is a primary source? How does it differ from a secondary source? And don’t forget, why do we source?
